Non School Days
ACES offers care for families on most non-school days with the exception of major holidays when all ACES sites and the billing office will be closed. Non-school day care is offered at two locations: Hoover Elementary and Rosa Parks Elementary. ACES families may register for either location. Registration for non school day care will be available through your online account and in paper form one month prior to each non school day.

Online registration for non-school days has been closed. If you would still like to register for April 2nd at Rosa Parks, you may fill out the paper form.
ACES will be closed in observance of the following holidays:
Thanksgiving: November 23 & 24
Christmas: December 25 & 26
New Years: January 1 & 2
Easter: March 30
Memorial Day: May 28
Non School Day Fees:
Full Day Care - $30/day 1st child, $25/day additional siblings
Half Day Care - $18/day per child
(AM Care: 6:30am-12:30pm, PM Care: 12:00pm - 6:00pm)
The registration deadline will be approximately 1 week prior to the non school day. Registrations received after the deadline will only be accepted if space is available and families will be charged at the drop in rate. Refunds will not be given for cancellations made after the deadline or if your child is sick and does not attend.
Drop-in Care Fees:
Full Day Care - $38.00/day per child
Half Day Care - $25.00/day per child
